Apple Upgrades the Flagship iMac Line
Apple announced the release of its upgraded iMac line. The new iMac computers, all of which run the powerful Snow Leopard operating system, have new processor architecture, faster performance, better graphics, and larger hard drive storage space. Accompanying the announcement, Apple unveiled a new device, the Apple Magic Trackpad accessory, which lets users utilize finger motion controls just like an iPad, iPhone, and iPod, bringing enhanced control to the iMac experience.

The Apple iMac Can Be Upgraded to Fit Almost Any Need
The Apple iMac systems can be upgraded to as much as 16 gigabytes of RAM, multiple high-speed processors, 2 terabytes of built-in hard drive storage capacity, and much more, making it scalable and flexible for any organization. In fact, the Gilded Life offices are run on Apple iMac, PowerMac, and MacBook Pro systems, so we are thrilled about this update to the computer line.

The upgraded processing power of the iMac systems in recent years has made them workhorses for offices, design firms, and other businesses. In fact, at the Gilded Life headquarters, we prefer the 27 inch iMacs over the PowerMacs with 30 inch high definition screens because of the design simplicity and all-in-one case system.

The new Apple Magic Trackpad accessory was designed to look beautiful and compliment the updated iMac line. The Apple Magic Trackpad lets users interact with the system using finger motions, just like an iPhone or iPad, swiping, turning, and other intuitive movements.

The back of the iMac system is one of the big selling points. This is the entire computer system - it is all in the monitor. There is no tower, few wires (and none if you choose a wireless keyboard and mouse), and a streamlined casing that keeps your desk clean.

A big selling point for the Apple iMac computer system is the all-in-one design and slim profile. When you switch to an iMac, it takes up very little room on your desk.

The new, upgraded Apple iMac line comes in two sizes - 21.5 inches and 27 inches - providing rich, expansive screen real estate for increased productivity.
